fact you're ignoring me that's all. normally you'd tell me what
i've done wrong & i'd either explain or tell you i'll change
but this time i guess i won't get the chance to. it's fine, you
don't even have to reply this back, if this is how you want what's
between us to end, then it's your call. really up to

I think it depends how many times he has let you down or has done something wrong before, and how much you love him, if you love him at all
If he loves you, it isn't up to you as he says, it's up to him, to kidnap you if that is what it takes for you to talk to him ^^
I don't know if this advice was any good, it's not really advice at all, sorry
