The quote clearly says that people say "just because I wear Uggs and Northface, it doesn't mean I'm fake." Right, it doesn't matter what you wear. You're fake because you're a and you don't pay attention in school and care more about looking like a raccoon and trying to impress "him". :]

okay, so i agree completely with laugh_alot_13 and kayland. i wear UGGs and north face, but i live in New Hampshire. its for warmth, not because i think it will make me cool. its the personality of the girl wearing the clothes, not the person. i do agree that girls who think dressing, acting and looking a certain way will make them cool is fake and annoying and will end up at burger king in ten years.

Which is pretty much what I think she meant when she made this quote/what its aimed at.
If you wear uggs and makeup and northface, it doesnt mean you're an idiot or that you're going to be an idiot.
BUT, if you wear uggs, makeup, and northface because you think its going to make you uber kewl and populaaar~ then yes, you are an idiot. a fake one at that. Simply because you're caring more about your apperance and how other people are going to think of you than wanting people to like you for your personality and who you really are.
Anywho, I love this quote, I was actually thinking this last night haha.

Okay everyone who is offended by this, that's not my aim. I'm not accusing you of being an idiot or anything. I'm just saying you wear Uggs and a Northface along with 99% of female teens. And most of those teens end up with lousy depressing jobs because they have nothing that sets them apart. Please stop insulting me and calling me stupid. I'm not doing that to you, but you're not helping yourself by retaliating. People need to chill. Thank you to everyone who wasn't offended by this quote and understood my objective.

Of course I had to comment on this one, first of all it's just a joke k? and most of the people hating on this quote are calling people slobs...ok sorry I don't fit your standards. But I can totally understand this quote, for the girls who don't spend a fortune on what's "in" and don't wear makeup. Fitting in isn't a big deal ya know? Sure you may be smart, but personally, I consider the whole makeup, uggs and northface thing to be "fake" you're just blending with everybody else which is not you, in esscence making you "fake" You can be just as pretty without all that . Just my opinion =]

although I am one of the girls who wears make-up + uggs, & I will admit I spent more time on how I look than my homework, but only cause I can get my home work done really quick as I'm above average in all my classes :$
So yeah I can understand why some of these girls are getting annoyed, but please common girls. ITS A JOKE. :)

thats definitely not what she was talking about...theres obviously more to it than just the uggs and northface...it's trying to impress someone by dressing up, doing your makeup for 10 hours- that makes you fake. she said nothing about not affording these things, so leave that out of it. nor does she mean she's jealous of fake . so seriously...stfu u have no idea what you're talking about.
