In English this quarter, we're reading
Romeo and Juliet.
My teacher asked the class : "Do you think
Shakespeare
accurately portrays a teenager
in love?" Hm, let's see.
Romeo believes he's
madly in love with Rosaline and becomes depressed
when she refuses his love. He stops at nothing to get into the
party at the
Capulet's just to see her. Then, everything changes. Once he
spots Juliet,
he immediately 'falls in love' with her and he forgets all
about
Rosaline.
Yep, that sounds about
right.
