The Search for Paradise

Chapter Fifteen
Penny's p.o.v.
Matt pulled into the school parking lot and parked in his usual spot. Of course, Hayley and Nyck immediately just jumped out and went to wherever they go.
Matt took my hand and we headed over to his friends. He wrapped one of his arms around my waist and pulled me close to him. I felt so tired, but I got at least a semi-decent amount of sleep. I'm pretty sure Matt's more tired than I am, since he's only been awake for about 20 minutes, and I've been awake for like an hour and a half.
We stood there for a few minutes, then Matt leaned down and put his lips next to my ear.
"Do you want to go?" he asked.
I met his gaze and nodded and he grinned.
He slid his arm back and took my hand. He looked at his friends, "Hey I'll see you guys later, okay?"
Then after that it was just a bunch of "okay"s and murmurs.
He took me over to the school and we walked through the doors. We walked down the halls and to his locker. His locker is not where a lot of people would pass, so it was pretty decent. ;)
He turned to me and slipped his arms around my waist, pulling me close. He leaned down so our foreheads met, and he grinned at me, making me giggle. I pushed myself up onto my tippy toes and our lips met. I wrapped my arms around his neck and knotted my fingers in his still-wet hair.
Our lips parted for a split second, taking a quick breath.
He kissed me, hard. I kissed him back as he gently pushed me against his locker.
Long story short, we kissed until the bell rang, then he walked me to class. He took my hand and led me to my class. Finally, with two minutes left, we reached my class.
I turned to Matt and he leaned down and our lips met for one last time, and just then, a teacher came around the corner.
"Hey you two! None of that!" she sqwauked.
Let me just tell you what happened in a short summary:
We got a pda and lunch detention.
To be honest, it was so worth it. :)
