The last year has been an eye-opener... things were so different this time last year. In some ways that is a good thing but i miss the old days.

I was stupid enough to let you in, again. I made a mistake. To be perfectly honest, I knew I was making a mistake when I fell for you again.
Its just when you came to my door... You looked at me as if I was a goddess. It's been months since I've seen you look at me like that. I fell in love with your eyes when we first met. I fell in love with them again that day.
The way you cuddled me and kissed me was amazing. I forgot everything that you'd done because it didn't matter. I thought we were going to have a new start, but I was wrong...
I'm better off without you. It's always been that way. We could never be together anyway, it's just too complicated. Don't get me wrong, I love you, and I'll miss you forever. But I'll find someone new, who will treat me better, and who will be better than you.
It's just... I don't think there is anyone who can come close...

We helped each other out in a hard time. And that brought us closer together. We were two best friends, who had fallen in love.
You were one of my saddest stories... Because we grew apart too soon. Everything ended too quickly and it hurt me. You know I miss you.
We have a love/hate relationship.We argue but we're always there for each other when we need a shoulder to cry on. But we'll never be as close as we used to be, and I'll have to live with that.

You were my first love... meaning that you were probably the hardest to move one from. It look me a while for my feelings for you to grow but they did and when we were together it was the happiest time of my life.
But all good things have to end, and it was so sudden. It hurt more than anything in the world. I was broken. But you promised we'd still be friends.
What happened to you? You've changed so much, and it's killing me.
It's been a year now and you still can't look me in the eye.
It's really hard to see you happy as if nothing ever happened between us... and I don't like the way we are. I miss you. I don't like the new you, I miss the old you. I hope one day we can be friends.

I don't even know how we became friends... but it was amazing, and I fell in love with you.
You were everything that I could dream of, we talked all the time about random things. We did't see each other often but when we did it was so funny, and we clicked.
I loved everything about you because you were the complete opposite to me. The more I loved you, the more I hated myself. You were dangerous for me in that way.
I was kidding myself though... I never let you know my feelings for you because I was so not good enough for you... It used to kill me when you talked about all the girls you'd been with, but I dealt with it just to keep you in my life.
She is the best thing that's ever happened to you. I sometimes see you around town and we wave to each other, but you're holding her hand like you never want to let go.
I'm glad you've finally found someone who means that much to you. I just wish we still talked... sometimes I text you and you don't answer? Maybe it's because everything you've heard from them. They lied by the way, I've always loved you. From the day we met.

We used to be so close... I used to love you like a brother, maybe more. We just clicked, we could laugh together and just be ourselves around each other. We share so many memories where it was just me and you, happy in each others company.
Are you happy now? I know how much you've fallen for her. But is everything okay? You seem to have forgotten about me very quickly, and I'm scared for you.

I don't want to fall again... he made me scared of even trying and I've told you that... I know you're either going to make me really happy or kill me inside.

Well this is hard... I never thought I'd have to be writing this. You basically promised me you'd be there forever, you told me once when we were sitting in the sun that you wanted to marry me... You were the one. That's maybe why it's so hard to accept that you don't know I exist anymore. I know things are hard for you, but I tried my very hardest... I promised you everything, I must have been lovestruck or something because I ignored the signs that you were fading.
I hope you're happy now, I'm not kidding, I really hope you are. I hope she realises that she's the reason you smile now. I miss that smile.
I hope she looks out for you like you look out for her, I really hope she doesn't take you for granted. Don't break her like you broke me...
