When Kaitlyn got home her dad looked at her and said "well....?" Kaitlyn just smiled and reached out her hand her dad looked at the ring and hugged Kaitlyn. Kaitlyns dad let go of her and said "My little is growing up, but you have to promise me one thing Kaitlyn" Kaitlyn just said "okay, what is it?" Her dad looked at her seriously for a minute and then finally said "I can't be a pap till your out of college and you have a job" Kaitlyn said "okay dad, I promise" "good" her father said. Kaitlyn ran up the steps to her room, she looked in the mirror, breathed in and smiled. She decided she was really tired from all of the excitement. She took a shower, got in her pajamas and went to sleep. When it was morning time, she woke up, went downstairs and she saw mark standing there. Kaitlyns dad was talking to him. Kaitlyn smiled and said "Mark, why you here?" Mark smiled and said "you want me to leave?" Kaitlyn ran over to him and said "no" giving him a hug. Kaitlyns dad smiled and said "Kaitlyn, if your mother was here to see how happy you were right now, she'd be in tears of joy. Thank-you mark for being so good to her." Mark smiled and said "Your welcome sir." Then Mark turned to Kaitlyn and said "well, your dad called me over here because he thinks it'd be a good idea for us to be together all the time now to see what it's like to be married. So I'm going to be living here for awhile with you and your dad. Your dad talked to my parents and they said it was a great idea as well." "OKAY!" Kaitlyn said with a huge smile on her face. Mark said "I'm going to go get my stuff out of the car" Kaitlyns dad looked at Kaitlyn and said "Kailtyn, go eat breakfast and get dressed. Mark, I'll help you" "thank you sir" Mark said. Kaitlyn ate some cereal and then got dressed. When she was done Mark was sitting at the table waiting for her. When she got downstairs Mark said "Your dad told me to make sure that his would be okay with you, your dad said we should sleep together at night to see what its like. If your okay with that" Kaitlyn said "Okay" "Kaitlyn, your dad told me about that promise you made to him last night, I also just want you to know that I never pushed you to do anything before, and I'm okay with it." Mark said. Kaitlyn smiled and said "Where are you putting your stuff?" "Your dad told me I should put it in your room, he said you an extra dresser" "Oh yeah! I'll help you carry it upstairs" "Okay" Mark said smiling. When Kaitlyn was walking up the steps She thought about how lucky she is to have a wonderful dad and boyfriend.
