Don't blink. Just like that you're six years old and you take a nap and you wake up and you're twenty-five and your high school sweetheart becomes your wife. Don't blink, you just might miss your babies growing like mine did. Turning into moms and dads next thing you know, your better half of fifty years is there in bed and you're praying God takes you instead. Trust me friend, a hundred years goes faster than you think, so don't blink.

Anxiety attacks are the worst because sometimes you have no idea why you’re crying or angry and you just think of everything wrong in your life and you can’t control it all you can do is breathe in and out and cry it out

Guys, ok.
So I was at my grandma's house with my brother and cousins, who are four and six. We were all jumping on the bed, and somehow I tripped and fell off, and hurt my wrist. I made a weird noise, and said, "oh my god, so much pain!" (I'm awkward ok) Ella, who's 4, came running up to me and said, "Do you have cancer too, Kendra? Mommy is in a bunch of pain, and she has cancer, and I don't want you to be sick like her and lose your hair too."
I didn't know what to say. I feel bad about it now. I don't think I'm going to ever be able to say that again and not think about that. My aunt is thirty-one and has a rare cancer. She was diagnosed two years ago on May 13th. She's running out of options for chemo and radiation; the doctors don't know how much time she has left. Please, pray for my aunt Amanda.

You know what the problem is? You get attached, fast. And once you’re attached to someone, you do everything you can to please them and make them happy. It’s never been about what you want, it’s always everyone’s needs before your own. You give out too many chances to people, who quite frankly, do not deserve them. They take advantage of you, and you become a pushover. But you’re okay with that, because they’re in your life and that’s all you ever really wanted. And even if they screw you over, you’ll still be there for them. Because that’s you, that’s who you are. Once you get attached to someone, they capture your heart and they always have a place there. And that is why it’s so hard for you to let that person go.

People spend their whole lives trying to live up to othee people's expectations and being told what to do. I say, screw that. Be free. Do what you want, go where you want, and reach for the sky because life has no limits or boundaries. Boundaries are just other people's fears, and limits are just other people's expectations. You want someone to like you? Like, really like you? Then be yourself. Show them who you are, and not an ounce less. Because if you want someone to love you, then they should love all of you. It's really scary when you get attached to someone. You spend time with them, you get to know them. You find yourself knowing their favorite color, food, movie, song. You discover their flaws and their talents. And as time goes on, you learn more and more, absorbing every second of detail without even realizing it. Then one day you wake up and realize how much this person actually means to you, and you love them for every strength and weakness. They make you feel warm and secure, but most of all, they bring you happiness to someone in such a way is a strong and powerful thing. It could break a person completely.
