alright, well i'll just do it here::
I personally don't know how to make layouts themselves, but I use sites to get the ones i want.
Here's one site that I use::
http://simplelayouts-requests.weebly.com/
Now, that's just for layouts.
If you don't know how to actually put the layout on your page, then here's how you do it::
You go to the site, then copy the code for the layout that you think would fit best, then go on your account and click "edit profile".
Click the button that says "Source".
Paste the code in that box, then click "Source" again, and you should return to the regular part where you can create the different fonts and colors for your text.
Now, the layout should be right there, now all you have to do is double click the box that you want to type in, and a thick border that's gray with diagnol stripes should appear. This means, you can type in the open field. Just type whatever you want!
If you want to do back grounds, you can do myspace backgrounds, but here's a site for just Witty backgrounds:

It's the same deal as the layouts.

go to _randomrequests and on the side of the profile it should say website, you can go there and get cursors and comment boxes and layouts and stuff that your asking for. and you could request something reply
