Bella's P.O.V.
"Hey! Bell?" I heard Julia's voice right outside my door, she sounded panicked. I didn't think much of it. She didn't know where I was, otherwise she wouldn't have been yelling and looking for me, so I ignored her. "Bell?" She called again and I sighed, she only yelled for me twice if something was actually important.
"Room!" I yelled, turning my music down as her smaller blonde head poked through the door. "What up freak?" I mumbled shutting my laptop quickly.
"Do you…" She mumbled, staring at her feet. "Do you think Annika is hurting herself…?" I jumped off the bed, my eyes gone wild as I stared at my sister.
"Are you stupid!" I shouted, towering
"It was just a question…" Julia bowed her head, and then I started to think about it.
"It was a good question…" I muttered, it was my way of admitting I agreed. "But I know the one person who would actually know…"
"Niall," Julia mumbled walking out of my room.
Annika's P.O.V.
I slammed my bed room door shut. It was a good defense, but at least then my father would know where I was. Then we wouldn't scream around the house, stumbling over his drunk self to find me. I had found it was better he know, then it wasn't as bad when he found me. The abuse wouldn't go on as long. The slaps would be from the front of his hand, not the back. It was no cure for the sexual abuse that was sure to come later, but that was a whole different battle to fight. Sneaking out to Bella, or Ash around ten o'clock, hopefully before he came home from the bar.
"ANNIKA!" Great, hadn't even thought of him yet. I poked my head out of the door, looking around quick for the male that held the voice. "ANNIKA!" He shouted again and I flipped my dark hair to look the other way. Huh, Cam hadn't gone out to party yet. "There you are…" He muttered, Cam was smart, he was athletic, he could have had a free ride to any college he wanted, and then… bam. His junior year came around. He started smoking, I thought it was just a faze.
But then Mum died, not that he cared, and Dad started drinking, that he cared about. And I knew the faze would stick. He started drinking too, partying instead of going to practice, creating a rather lengthy police record for himself in a matter of months. Throwing away and chance of even going to college. He still managed to stay in shape though. Maybe it was the weed, or maybe we was drinking more whiskey then beer. Either way… Cam was an alcoholic too, he just wasn't an abusive drunk.
"Can I help you?" I raised an eyebrow. I used to love Cam, he was sweet, and funny, and he was my best friend. But now, I could barely hold a conversation with him. All I saw was who he used to be…
"Where's Dad?" He mumbled, staring at me with a lighter blue eye then my own.
"Don't know, don't care," I started to close my door, turning around when Cam's foot wouldn't let me. "What?"
"Then we're leaving. Pack necessary stuff, I'm not letting him hurt us anymore. You have an hour. Go."
"What are you talking about?"
"We're leaving. Now hurry up."

Sorry this chapter took so long.. I just kept writing and re-writing but it wouldn't come out write. So... sorry if it sucks. Ideas and feedback.. PLEASE! I love hearing fom you, and it makes it easier to write... so tell me something, anything!
