When Love Goes Right
Chapter 1:
*2 weeks earlier*
"Blake, hunny, come down here for a minute please." i walked down stairs into the living room where my mum was sitting with a magazine in her hands. She was on the cover, so it must have had some article about her in it. She set it down on the coffee table infront of her and sure enough, there was an article about her. "yeah mum?" "Sit down for a minute I have to tell you something. i know it's your senior year and all but your father just got offered an amazing part in a new movie." I just stared at her willing her to go on. I have two famous parents, I move all the time so this was no big deal. She took a deep breath and continued, "we would be moving to the United States." "WHAT!?" was the only thing I could say. After a couple minutes I managed to say "Mum, I know this is a good offer and we've moved before but never to another country! When would we be leaving?" "You, Brooke, & I would be leaving in 2 days. Your father is already there. That's the business trip he has been on." I sighed, "Alright, I guess I'll go back and call my friends." I walked back upstairs into my room. I didn't do anything, I couldn't. We haven't moved in 3 years. I actually got a chance to adjust to a place and now we're moving. great. I really only have 2 friends so I sent a text to them telling them to come over, that it was an emergancy.
"You're moving?! When?! Why!?" They both shouted questions at me. Ezra and Madison were the only ones that knew about my parents real jobs. "Dad got some big offer for a movie that he couldn't refuse. It's not anything new, it's just a shock that it's another country. I'm leaving in two days. I'm gonna miss you guys so much." "we'll miss you too, man" Ezra said for the both of them. They saw me off at the airport two days later with tears in their eyes and mine as well.
