at the end of the day
who actually cares about the quiet girl
whose parents fight constantly
even after the divorce
who actually cares about the hungry girl
who goes home everyday not knowing whether or not she’s going to have a meal
even with the food stamps
who actually cares about the caring girl
who’s trying her hardest and best to keep her young siblings away from reality
even though she grew up too fast
