Advice?
Okay, well... I'm 14 and I stand at 5'5 ish. I am 140 pounds and as you peobably already know, I want to lose weight. I know that I'm not fat guys, no hate comments. I just want to be more healthier.. Okay to go on, If I have a normal diet and work out would I lose weight or not? Also, what are some things I can do activity wise to help me out with this?

Maybe you didn't know that I still think about you too. You think I just forgot about you because I moved on? It's different now, sure- but I wouldn't talk to you still if I didn't miss you. Everytime I talk to you, there's always something I want to say to let you know all of this but I guess when you read this, you will. Yes, this is about you.

I tried to be your everything. I tried to make you feel like you were the only person in the world. A lot of what I did, didn't please you. Maybe that's why you're pushing me away? I could ask for the simplist things but it's like, you just don't care. You used to make me feel beautiful and now all I feel is like, a waste of space. You used to hold me when I cried, now you scream at me to knock it off. You used to care. I'm sorry, I'm not like I used to be. I never thought for a second I was perfect so you shouldn't of either. I hope you still love me no matter what. I guess I'll never know for sure. Over a year now, I didn't think it'd go down like this.
