My heart beats fast for this one person,

He is not going to be perfect.
A guy isn’t going to be perfect.
He isn’t going to instantly have the personality
and looks you want him to have.
No one should be shaping him into that kind of person
if he doesn’t want to be.
There are limits.
He isn’t going to change his whole appearance
because you want him to.
He is going to change himself.
If he really wants to be perfect for you, he will.
Do not force him to do it.
He will start to dislike you more and more
every time you force him to do that.
He will get fed up and annoyed.
Let him do whatever he wants.
Anyway, why would you go out with him in the first place
if you wanted to change his entire personality and looks?
It doesn’t make sense.

You know what your
problem is?
You get attached, fast.
& once you're attached to someone, you do everything you can to please them and make them happy. It's never about what you want, it's always everyone's needs before your own.
You give out too many chances to people, who quite frankly, do not deserve them. They take advantage of you, and you become a pushover. But you're okay with that, because they're in your life and that's all you ever really wanted.
And even if they screw you over, you'll still be there for them. Because that's you, that's who you are. Once you get attached to someone, they capture your heart and they always have a place there.
& that's why it's so hard for you to let him go.

The feeling of being replaced.
It’s like no matter what you did, it wasn’t enough.
