My dad gave got me to stop eatting. When I was younger he used to say "if you eat that, you'll get fat" or " i wouldn't eat that if i were you." When i got older, he said it more. Almost everytime I ate infront of him he would say those things so one summer i finally stopped. I lost a lot of weight that summer. Did anyone notice? No. I now have started eating again and weigh about 90 pounds. I feel so fat.
