Missing: 13 : 1 1::
She heard a voice from behind her, very faintly. She heard what they were saying but the words didn’t mean anything to her mind, which couldn’t process anything at the time.
“You’re in shock,” She heard and felt someone guide her to an ambulance. “You’ll be ok, we just need to check you out” Chelsea still couldn’t process. So many things were running through her mind at the moment, but she could only understand one of the thoughts. Nicole. Was. Dead. Suddenly, her mind came back to her.
Suddenly she screamed. She felt scared and alone. All of her friends were gone. Just gone. One (and possibly more) was dead. Dead. And she was next. Chelsea was going to be murdered by a man who kidnapped and killed her friends. The air got tight again.
“I-I don’t wanna die,” She whispered. Suddenly, she felt warm, loving arms wrap around her, and heard the person sobbing.
“Mom?” She asked, and looked at her.
“Baby? Are you ok? I love you so much, I heard what happened and came here as soon as I could. I just can’t believe someone would do this, I can’t believe…I am just so happy your ok.” She sobbed
“Mom, I’m fine.” She said, hugging back. But she heard in the background, one of the cops say the word ‘Suicide.’ Chelsea closed her eyes and took a deep breath. “Suicide?” She asked a cop who was passing by. “Who committed suicide?”
“We aren’t allowed to give away any information.” He snapped back, with a harsh tone.
“Please. This girl was my best friend,” She stared, when Nicole’s mom came up behind her, nodding gently, and putting on the best fake smile she could put on.
“You can tell her what happened, she deserves to know”
The cop looked unhappy, and reluctantly explained. “We found Nicole in her house, hung.” He took a breath, obviously not wanting to explain this. “We figured it still could be a murder, but she had no fingerprints on her, or no fingerprints anywhere. There was no sign of someone breaking into her house. No windows are smashed, no locks are broken, nothing.” He took another breath and then looked up at Nicole’s mom again, who nodded with tears in her eyes. “This was the part that nobody knew,” he started. “Nicole came back. Yesterday. Nobody said anything, because she begged us not to. She said she had to take care of something before she ‘reappeared in life,’ as she said. Her parents went upstairs to check on her this morning and found her hung with a suicide note in her pocket”
