Okay, this is a common problem. It's easy, you need to ask your friend and tell her the truth, that you like him, and if she would be okay with you dating him. If it is, talk to him and get to know him.

You can do it! But cardio overall does a TON more than crunches. So dance around, run, bike, swim, hike, and so much more. You'd be suprised how much you can do!

totally believe you can :) buut instead of doing crunches lay on your floor and find something arm spand apart to hang on to and keep your legs completely straight and try to bring your knees up as high as possible, you'll know your doing it right if when you do it your tummy tenses up, its a whole lot better results than crunches... cause i did a whole lot of them aand all i got was a pooch above my pant line, aand if you dont like doing them just hold your legs in the same position up about 6-12 inches off the floor... its a whole lot more painful but it works... and you definetly wake up feeling it lol... i used to do those just about every other night... just saying you wont lose as much as you think you might just cause muscles are more dence than fat, so they weigh more... but youll be toned if you keep it up :) haha i never could.
