   I have a huge issue...
   so i weighed 186, then lost 10..
   i was at 176.
   i went to the doctor yesterday and weigh 177 now.
   and the only thing i can think
   is im so fat. and uncomfortable.
   im trying my hardest to lose my weight,
   im eating healthy and normal.
   im excercising, im doing everything my doctor said.
   i just, when i gained it back, i just feel so huge.
   im sorry for complaining, i just need some support
   or something..
   help?
