I can never tell if people mean the morning or night when they say 12 PM/AM because:
12 PM could either be the official start of the morning or the end of the morning OR the official end of the night or the start of the afternoon

Those days of doing absolutely nothing and you feel more tired than if you swam 3000 meters and slept for less than 7 hours the entire week before -_-
and then you are told to go out and swim 3000 meters because it will make you less tired -.-
and then you are confused and remain so until the end of the month.
