Heyyy there pretty girls(: My name is Lauren. I'm 15 and I love Taylor Swift. She seriously makes life worth living. My favorite color is green but yellow is a verrry close second(: My favorite word is beautiful. I am a chorus geek, i love to sing.(: I'm absolutely in love with the idea of love, it all just seems so whimsical and beautiful and perfectly imperfect. By the time I die, I want to be able to say that I've found true love. I'm an overly optimistic person, I love happy things and I believe that there's always a reason to be happy. But, I have major anxiety problems, i get really nervous about little things, and i worry. a lot. i try not to let it get me down though. i love my family more than anything even if we don't get along most of the time. one of my favorite things to do is have family movie nights where we all just sit and watch a movie together. My cousins are my best friends. They have and always will be the first people i go to about anything and i love them to death. I support Cystic Fibrosis, and i try to promote awareness for it, because my 2 favorite people on this planet have this disease, and if i have anything to do with it, it will be cured within their lifetimes. I love my friends. I'm a total gleek and i also LOVE pretty little liars. i'm a huge bookworm, so excited for hunger games the movieee!(: i love basketball but i didn't make the team this year. there's one boy i'm simply not over yet and i don't think i ever will be. so no, i'm not perfect, usually i'm a mess, but i'm trying to live life as best i can and i'm leaving no room for regrets. if you're still reading this I LOVE YOU I LOVE YOU I LOVE YOU<3 thank you gorgeous(: so yeah, i love people in general so get to know meee(:

i wish you knew how much you mean to me.
How beautiful and flawless and perfect i think you are.
i wish you could see yourself through my eyes.
A view of yourself that would make any insecurities you have about yourself completely dissappear.
i wish you knew how just the sound of your name can make me completely happy.
How much more meaning i feel comes to my name when it comes out of your mouth.
i wish i could just cuddle with you and fall asleep in your arms.
it would make everything feel so much safer and easier to deal with.
i wish i could take all of the things that you find simple and show you that they can be so magical and whimsical.

We all feel like that sometimes.
We all want to see who would be there for us if tragedy ever striked.
You are loved. I know it's hard to believe sometimes
But it's true.
There are people who would kill to be as healthy and pain free as you are.

Cystic Fibrosis:
Now, most of you probably have no idea what this is. Cystic Fibrosis, commonly nicknamed CF is a genetic disorder of the lungs and digestive system. People who have this disease have overproduction of mucus, and it builds up in these places; making it hard for them to breathe and digest foods. It is life threatening. This disease has made a huge impact on my life. My best friends, but more importantly cousins have this disease. They are the strongest people I have ever met and I look up to them more than anyone else in the whole entire world. They are my heroes. They have to go through so much just in order to make it through each day. They have to take pills before they eat anything; and they also have to use a machine called a vest that helps shake the mucus from their lungs both when they wake up and before they go to bed at night. There is currently no cure for this disease. Last Thursday, March 15 marked 18 years since my cousin was diagnosed. She is doing so well right now; she'll be going to college in the fall (she got a full ride scholarship), she has a boyfriend, and is almost number one in her class. My biggest goal in my life is to do absolutely everything in my power to help find a cure for this disease within their lifetime. CF is not a very well- known disease but to anyone who has experience with it-- it has a HUGE impact on your life. The people living with it are absolutely phenomenal and unbelievably strong. So please, if you hear about events near you to support this disease, become a part of them so we can raise awareness and find a cure for CF! :)
