You think I'm dumb because I like 1D?
First of all, I have my own musical preferences and you have yours and just because they're not the same, doesn't mean that one persons is "worse" than the others. Second of all, listen to their lyrics. One Direction is not just a typical boy band. WMYB is an extremely beautiful song that encourages girls around the world. Moments is about a girl dying and her boyfriend committing suicide. Also, each one of the boys are wonderful people. Girls don't just like them because they're cute. They're nice and funny and just plain all around good people. Personally, I don't usually like that kind of music, but 1D is a different story. Okay? So next time you go saying "Pfft, One Direction? You loser." Think. It hurts first of all to be judged, and that just makes it hard to stand up for a band that you love. And that goes for anybodies favorite band. Just don't do it. You don't know what that band has done for that person.

I hate when people joke about cutting, suicide or eating disorders. The thing is, you have no idea what people go through. You could be standing right next to someone who is planning on ending their own life, and you may never know it. Please stop. It really, really hurts.
