It's people like you who remind me why I decided to turn my life around. I love to encourage people and help them in their brokenness. I read your bio, and I honestly find it hard to believe that you think you're ugly. No seriously. Your skin is flawless and your smile is to die for. Your eyes smile with your face. It makes me feel so blessed when a small act of mine makes such a difference in someone else's life. Self harm is something serious and painful and way too common. I promise that if you open up to those around you, many of them have been through or are going through the exact same thing. I was shocked by the number of people who had been in the same place as me. I don't know if you believe in Christ, but I'm going to say this anyway: you have been fearfully and wonderfully made. Even if you don't read the Bible, you should go read Psalm 139. It's all about a God who loves you and knows you and knew you before you were born. Also, I saw on somebody's quote that you just started cutting yourself...
Please, please stop before it gets too far. It'll be super hard to stop even now, bu if you let it continue, it'll be even harder.
It will tear your world apart.
Is there a reason that you know of as to why your doing it btw?
Cause if it makes you feel in control or makes you feel alive, its only for a few minutes, and all it takes a cut too deep to not be able to go back.
If its cause you feel like you are only "allowed" to be truly depressed or in pain if you cut or like if you don't cut, you aren't truly sad, don't. Don't cut just to prove you are hurting. Emotional scars an hurt just as much as physical ones.
So yeah I don't really know where I'm going with this, but just know that though self harm may take the pain away for a bit, in the end you are just hurting yourself more.
Also, I saw that you cut yourself with scissors...that also really dangerous btw, cause if the scissors are even a tiny bit dirty, old or rusty, you could get really sick from that coming in contact with your blood.
And about you doing it on your hips, I'm sure thats cause you didn't want them to be so clearly open on your wrist for people to see? Well let me just tell you that eventually somebody will see. No matter how careful you are, I'm warning you, so one will see them sometime or later. Whether you are still doing it or you've stopped and the scars are still visible, let me just say its not a conversation you want to have.
So yeah. Just know that you are so worth it, and whatever you are going through, it was only given to you cause you are strong enough to fight it. keep your head up darling.(3

I kid you not this literally made me tear up. I am so so touched by the fact that ou care thank you so much. You really have no idea that this means the world to me. I have major insecurity issues and I was born with a stutter when I speak. I wasn't always this way but when I realize that guys don't really go for the girls like me...well idk it just made me hate myself more. My parents and family are the other reason. All they err do us make me feel like I'm not good enough. They don't try to, but I always end up with a strong desire to just end my life. I realized that if some time in the future I ever tell someone about this period of my life, they wouldn't believe me unless I had the scars to prove what I went through. It sounds pathetic, I know, like I'm doing it for attention but I just want to prove something to myself I guess.
Anyway, like I commented, I can feel it becoming more and more urgent and I know I need to stop. I never thought about the health risks with scissors, I just picked up te first thing I saw. The thing is, I don't know how to stop. Nobody knows about it so there's nobody I can talk to that wouldn't lock me up in a mental facility. Cuz I don't need that. I just need someone to be there for me.
Anyway, thank you from the bottom if my heart for taking the time to comment. It really just made my day and reminded me that there are people who care, regardless of whether or not you know them personally. You are an amazing person with the kindest heart. Thank you <3 :)

I'm going to guess it means you cut your wrists and live behind a world of lies? I cut too, just so you know. And I understand the whole lying thing-I lie everyday by faking a smile and pretending I'm happy. Idk if this is what you meant but its my take on it :)

I know! Especially at school. Idk what your school is like but at mine, literally everybody is having . Like its high school, so people are like thinking they're grown up and stuff and trying to be cool. And if you turn down a hookup you're considered a prude or a goody goody and everyone talks about you and why you're following your beliefs. It's so annoying -_-
