Since everyone wants to call me names all you want over a quote but, that's not gonna change anything. Stop acting like just because, you're eleven, it's about you. It's not. I'm talking about eleven year olds where I live that smoke, drink, do drugs & do just about whatever they want & do their parents care? No. So, stop acting like you know everything about every place in the world where you don't even live. It's ridiculous & stupid & to be honest, no one cares about what you have to say.

it's not for attention, it's for relief.
FACT: the brain releases endorphins when the body is cut.
they bring an immediate sense of calm & relief from emotional pain.
FACT: cutting can become a habit or addiction.
when someone is in emotional pain again, the brain craves the relief endorphines give.
FACT: there are many ways to cope.
the more coping skills we have, the more likely we'll be able to get relief from emotional pain. ask for help. learn as many ways to cope as you can.
