Walking Disaster
a frerard romance (with some other ships as well later on)
*Gerard's P.O.V.*
I awoke to the sound of my alarm clock and nearly fell out of bed. I looked over at the time. 7:00. I had school in an hour. Great, another wonderful year of torture. I literally had to drag myself out of bed. That didn't end very well because I slipped and fell flat on my face.
"Hey Gee what are you doing up there?" Mikey shouted.
"Shut up Mikes" I laughed despite me foul mood.
I slowly began making my way up the stairs, being careful not to fall again. Coffee. That would wake up my senses. Surprisingly, Mikey wasn't in the kitchen. He must be straightening his hair like always. And also like always, mom was at work very early. I had to hurry up drinking my coffee or else I wouldn't have time to even get to school on time. Once again, I had to drag myself to my room so I could find some clothes. I decided to just wear my ratty old Misfits shirt and some ripped skinny jeans.
"GERARD!" Mikey, once again, yelled.
"WHAT!?" I screamed back.
"Hurry it up we gotta be there in 15 minutes!"
"Okay, okay hold on a sec."
Soon enough, we were at school. School was the worst place I had ever been to in my life. I'm not even kidding. And I had been to a LOT of bad places in my life. School tops the list.
"HEY GERARD! OVER HERE MAN!" I heard Deryck yell.
I ran over to greet him. He was standing with a few of my other friends so I decied to say hi to them too.
"Sup guys?" I asked, trying to be nice and cover my bad mood.
"Dude, are you okay?" asked Cone (his name is Jason but we call him Cone).
"Haha no, I'm at schoo, dude. Don't you guys feel the same?"
"Yeah man," Bob replied, "I can't wait to get out of here, I hate school."
After a few minutes of talking and catching up on each other, the first hour bell rang. I reluctantly made my way to my first class. Math. Ew. Well, at least I would be getting it over with sooner. Like the first day every year, I was late to class. The door to Mr. Smith's class was closed so I had to knock. After a few knocks, the door opened.
"You must be Mr. Way I presume?" Asked the short grey haired man.
"That's me," I replied.
"Okay well, there are no other seats so You'll have to sit by Frank in the back, is that okay?"
"Yes sir," I nodded and walked into the classroom. I lifted my head, and looked toward the back of the classroom. I started walking towards my seat when the kid sitting next to me looked up and said, "Hi, I'm Frank."
"Hey, I'm Gerard," I replied, and sat down in my chair waiting for class to begin.
