Chapter One: Part One
My name is Jez. Full name is Jezabella Harris. My first name is long so I don’t have a middle name. Only my twin sister, Charlotte calls me Bella or Bells. I have long black hair and piercing green eyes. I have pale skin and I’m very skinny because I’m tall. Most people tell me I’m quiet and mysterious. I can’t live without music and riding. I was born is Australia and lived there, until now. I am 16 years old, going onto 17. Me, my twin sister, my mom, and my step dad are moving too Ontario Canada. Charlotte, but most people call her Charlie, and I call her Char, is my twin sister and my best friend. We are not identical twins. She has fair skin, long blonde hair, short and skinny, and blue eyes that look like diamonds. Our personalities are completely different. I look more like our mom and she looks more like our dad. Our dad died when we were 3 in a car crash. We don’t remember him that much, but sometimes when I look at Char some memories come back. Our mom remarried a man named Richard who has a lot of money, we think that’s the only reason why she married him.
We are moving to a little city called Pickering. My step dad agreed to a business deal there so my parents are dragging me and my sister with them. We are moving to a horse farm. My style. Charlie? Not so much. She is a city girl. I have to say goodbye to my black stallion, Bonny in Australia. Charlie had it worse though. She had to breakup with her boyfriend. She cried for the whole plane ride while I rubbed her back and listened to my music. Our parents are forcing us to go to an all-girls school called Trafalgar Castle School. I don’t really care, but Charlie is heart broken.
