Um I mean I keep pantyliners for when all I get is discharge (like in the veeeeery beginning) but you'll also need pads (either thin or maxi depending on your flow, tampons if you use those (personally to me they're like scary but if that's what you feel man), vagasil wipes, and yeah that's about it. make sure you change your pad/tampon about every 3-4 hours otherwise it gives off this gross fishy smell, when they actually have a special spray for that gets rid of the scent (you can get it at just about any drugstore). so yeah. if you get cramps too then make sure you keep cramp meds in your bag (I personally just take like 2 Tylenols but I mean do what you feel) and ummm yeah that's it

when you end up in a hospital because you are not eating, do not tell us that you are ok. You do not need to starve yourself. I know that you are insecure; everyone is. but that does not mean that not eating will solve anything at all. it hurts. everything hurts, and we distract ourselves with physical pain rather than dealing with our emotions that are so messed up we become afraid of them. stop fearing how you feel. darling, please, get help, and start sorting through your emotions. it is the only way to get better, I promise. I have been where you are right now. I know.
