"Hailey, Hailey, wake up!" I heard a voice say, "Were here." "Five minutes" I mumbled. "Hailey were here" I reconized the voice. "Keely! I dont care" I yelled, waking up. She rolled her eye. "Well, you can at least act excited" she said, in a plain tone. "Yay..." I said, tiredly. "Hailey, lrt's go" Mom said. I nodded, grabbed my luggage, and then headed to the van we rented.
When we arrived at the hotel, I dropped my bags off. I was sharing a room with dad, and Keely and mom were sharing a room. The room was, huge! It was 1 room, but divided into 4 sections. 2 of the rooms were bedrooms, and the other 2 were the kitchen and the bathroom. I think i'm gonna like it here. "I want the room with the balcony!" I shouted, running into the room which had the balcony. "Okay, Okay. But no sneeking out at night" dad winkined. I smiled and laughed a little bit. "I'll try. Hey, dad?" I asked. "Hm?" he resoponded. "Can I head to the beach?" I asked signaling the beach beside me. He nodded, and gave me $50.00. I thanked him and left.
As I got to the beach, I took off my clothes, layed my towel down, and grabbed a book, I was hit in the head. "Ouch" I said. "Oh my gosh! I'm so so so soooo sorry!" Said a girls voice. I looked up. The girl had dark brown, wavy hair, and blue eyes. She was beautiful. "It's good" I said, "I'm Hailey Larson." "I'm Macee. Macee Black" She said. "Nice to meet you Macee" I said. "Same to you. Listen, do you wanna go play a game of volleyball with me and my friends?" She asked. "Erm... Sure" I said. "Okay! Lets go!" She dragged me to a group of people. "Hey guys, this is Hailey" She said introducing me. Everyone said hi, except for this one girl. She had green eyes, and black hair. "This is Gavin" Macee said, pointing to a guy with tan skin, brown hair, and blue eyes. "hailey" I told him. "So I've heard" he said, sarcastically. "This is, Jessica, Miranda, Joshua, Jared, and Mitchell" she said. Jessica. She was the one who didnt talk to me. Talk about harsh. Miranda had blond hair, blue eyes, and glasses. Joshua had Brown hair, and green eyes(like me), Jared looked taned, with strawberry red hair, and blue/grey eyes. And Mitchell had blondish brown hair, with brown eyes, and a perfect smile.. He was really cute. "Hi I'm Hailey" I told him. "Mitchell" He smiled. Jessica was probably annoyed, because I saw her roll her eyes. I think Macee say too, because she said "Okay, let's play. Jessica, Josh, Jared, and Gavin on that team" she pointed,"And Hailey, Miranda, Me and Mitchell on the other" I nodded, and got into position. Back in Vancouver, I was one of the best Volleyball players, in school. This would be a piece of cake. "I'll serve" I said. Macee trew the volleyball at me, and I served an over hand serve. Jessica mustve been really dumb, because she jumped infront of the coming volleyball, and it wacked her right in the nose. "Ow" she yelled. I ran over, but not to say sorry. "Are you okay?" I asked. "Ya, I'm fine" she sneered. "Why did you hit her?" Mitchell said. I looked at him right in the eyes, and laughed. He laughed too. See, I have my dad's sense of good humor. "Hailey!" I heard someone call. I turned around, it was Keely. "What?" I asked. "Who's that?" Macee and Mitchell asked. "My sister, Keely" I told them. "Mom and dad want- Oh nevermind, I'll tell them your with friends" She said. "Keely, this is, Miranda, Macee, Jared, Josh, Gavin, Mitchell, and Jessica" I told her. "Hi, nice to meet you guys" Keely said sweetly. "I better go before mom and dad wonder where I am" Keely said. Everyone said goodbye, and about an hour after I left for dinner. "See you guys later" I told them. "See ya. Hey, you should come back tomorrow" Mitchell said. Jessica groand, and that made me want to come even more. I smiled, "For sure" I said. I saw Jessica roll her eyes. I just walked back to the hotel.
