Hi. I just want you to know that I admire your dedication towards pleasing others by trying to change who you are to suit society's expectations, but when you're done your 29 thousand crunches/pushups, what really matters is how you feel about yourself. Unfortunately this is usually directly affected by how other people treat you. It feels like crap being the pudgy girl who is constantly getting put down, but nothing lasts forever. Eventually school is over and you enter the real world where people learn that there is so much more to a person than their appearance. And since that advice seems stupid cause you probably have like a million more days of school left, each one as dreadful as the last, I suggest a change to your deal in your quote. Just a suggestion, obviously I cant make you do anything. For every fave you get do something active, not like the mindless running around the block, cause repetitive activity like that gets mind numbing, but like find something fun! Get a few friends and go rollerblading, take the stairs whenever you can, join a dance class. Exercise doesn't have to be work, physical activity is part of life, you can enjoy it. For every comment you get take a minute out of your day to look in the mirror and genuinely tell yourself you are beautiful. And say it like you mean it, no cheating. Beauty and confidence go hand in hand. You have to see it before the rest of the world can. Trust me, I've been there, it gets better, <3 reply
