And to Ollieren12 down there, the quote was NOT about society, and how media promotes thin. It was about guys NOT LIKING skinny girls. So, in response to that, have you ever heard a guy say, "Oh, yeah, I like girls that have no boobs or butt." NO. It doesn't happen. Skinny girls ARE JUST AS insecure as curvy girls.

Listen, i understand.
But that quote was NOT directed to girls who are naturally skinny, nor is it saying that curvy girls have more insecurities. Do you ever see a commercial on the TV saying "Get your curves now!" ? No. You see commercials with beautiful, skinny models. & things like "LOSE 50 POUNDS.!" or "GET RID OF BELLY FAT.
& That's the kind of stuff that makes curvy girls feel terrible about themselves. Everyone has insecurities. But those girls on that one quote saying "CURVY IS FAT!" that's just like someone saying "SKINNY IS ANOREXIC!"
They're both rude, but the girl who made the quote DID NOT mean to offend anyway, and the hate is unnecessary. reply
