1. When you feel like you want to cut, take a marker, pen, or sharpies and draw a butterfly on your arm or hand.
2. Name the butterfly after a loved one, or someone that really wants you to get better.
3. You must let the butterfly fade naturally. NO scrubbing it off.
4. If you cut before the butterfly is gone, you’ve killed it. If you dont cut, it lives.
5. If you have more than one butterfly, cutting kills all of them.
6. Another person may draw them on you. These butterflies are extra special. Take good care of them.
7. Even if you don’t cut, feel free to draw a butterfly anyways, to show your support. If you do this, name it after someone you know that cuts or is suffering right now, and tell them. It could help.
Have you heard of The Butterfly Project? I heard it helped (Friend) stop cutting. Maybe I should try it.

Life Without You
Chapter 1
I Woke up to an annoying sound of My alarm Clock , Then my phone.It was that song My favorite song it Goes "Cause theres Beautiful people like You Who get what ever they want " Thats all i couldnt even remember which song it was.
thats how hurt i was i got out of bed and tried to ignore the pain that ive gone through with derek
i finally got up and got ready for school.
I got ready for school , then i was on my way out to my car i opened the door and when i did i saw a picture of Derek and me on the seat of my car " What the Eff?"
i Said out loud i took the picture and ripped it up it was the picture of our first date
i felt a tear comming i held it back . I got in my car and left to school
I Pulled up to the school "hey!" my best friend Cher said "Hey Cher bear" i said sadly "Oh sweetie get out of the car let me give you a hug!" i got out of the car i got close to her she gave me a nice long hug " better ?" she said " better i said back smiling "Hey guys" my 2 other bestfriends Allison and Lydia say as they come over " Come on Class is going to begin in 10 minuets!!" Lydia said , " yeah lets go"
We all went into the school we went towards out locker and my friends signaled , i looked confused " What?" they said "Uhmm"Cher said "Nothing"She said with her british accent thick and Bold " i looked at where Chers eyes were glues LITERALLY it was on Derek , then i felt like i had been stabbed ,
We finally got to class i sat down we had english.
20 minuets in class i saw a guy looking at me i turned around he looked at me and smiles i looked away he then looked over my shoulder then i turned around because i felt a tapp on my shoulder. "Hey!" he said. "Who are you" i said trying to smile. "Todd" He said giggling "Cool" i turned around , Then i heard " Todd " and another boy whisper i turned around and when i did it was like those super attracting girls in the movies with my long black hair waving and my green bottom extenion ( fake hair ) bottom portion of my hair blowing in the wind. The boy blushed and looked down. " Sorry but can you keep it down im trying to listen " i lied "SORRY!!" the shy boy said. "Its cool" i replied " Im Jiovonne" i said Smiling "Im Stiles he said Smiling
