I feel like I'm such a freak. I know I'm a freak.
I suffer from panic attacks. Panick attacks are a mental disorder. Do you know how terrible I feel to know I have a mental disorder? I never know when I'll have a panic attack, and it horrifies me. They are some of the scariest things I've ever been through. I'm a freak, panicking for no reason. I just can't take it.
