we're all aware of teens commiting suicide , its horrible to hear and sad for the families .... it doesn't have to be like that . Usually people look at all the bad things that has happened in their life and they start to feel sorry for themselves . Everyone has gone through at least one dramatic thing in their life .
For example ;
When i was 6 my nanny died
when i was 9 my dad left
I have a half sister ( never met her , dont wanna )
I haven't spoken to my dad in ages !
When I was in 6th class I was in a car crash
since junior infants I was bullied , still am ( not as bad now )
Yeah , all that sucks , but ,
I have my mam , 2 amazing brothers , aunties and uncles and cousins and friends that help me through everything , and I couldn't care any less about my past , PAST . I'm not going to let it affect my future . Sure now and again I get depressed but why should I let it completely affect me ? Whats the point ? Life IS worth living , you won't know that if you commit suicide though .......

Have you ever felt upset , depressed or even suicidal ? I know I have , I never had the confidence to tell Anyone , not my friend , not my family , n-o-o-n-e , But recently I was casually on the internet and came accross a page called Samaritans ,
At the exact time I was looking at that page I was feeling really upset , and pretty useless so I thought " why do I make myself feel like this Every Single day ? I want to change this , I don't deserve to feel like this anymore , No one does ! ' so , because I was to shy to call them and because I have no stamps to send them a letter why not send one email ... why not give it a chance ? I sent the first email around ... 2/3 days ago and they reply so quickly , they give amzing support and are so kind and Not Judgmenatal .
PLEASE if you are feeling angry , upset , depressed , suicidal PLEASE contact them or even consider it ......

I hate the way people will never understand me , But the thing is , its my fault . I'm NEVER open to anyone , My mam , family , friends and about every single person that knows me has no idea I'm constantly depressed and I have been this way ever since I was 9 . it has been getting worse and worse and I get so stressed about the smallest things . I am So senstive and no one even knows it . I get offended when people call me fat and ugly , even if there only messing and I hate the way my friends constantly slag me ! I feel fat and ugly , i hate the way im so tall , i hate the way i only have like 4 friends and 2 dont even go to my school , I constantly think people laugh at me when there not and I'm too scared to tell anyone cause people will think I'm insane .... I hate being emotionally damaged and I hate that I never want to fall in love because Its so hard for me to trust people , I know no-one will read this but i just wanted to vent and get alot of things off my chest . I hate being so depressed .... I hate my life ..... I hate myself
