My new years resoloution next year?
To stop judging myself and stop focousing on the bad things in life.
How?
I'll have a jar.
And everytime something good happens to me, I'll write it down and put it in the jar, no matter how big or how small. Then on the 31st December next year I can read through them all and see all the good things that have happened to me all through the year.

Today one of my best friends told me she cut. She said she felt really down but felt hypocrytical because she hates it if anyone does it. I'm scared because I don't know what made her so upset, she won't tell me. It took her a while to tell me and I could tell it was hard for her to open up about it. I just really want her to never do it again. I never want her to feel like she's on her own. And i never want her to be taken away from me forever. I told her that I'm always here for her no matter what, but what am I supposed to say when my strongest friend hits rock bottom?
I'm so scared.
