My saying is "I will trust you until you give me a reason not to."
Yesterday, I finally told my foster mom about what had happened to me when I was a little kid, and I asked her not to tell anyone, because I am not ready for that. &Yet, the next thing I know, my therapist is asking me about it... I feel sick to my stomach. All I want to do is cry, that is how angry I am.
I mean, I asked for ONE THING. &You wonder why I go to my best friend for things instead of you? She respects me enough to not tell when I ask.
