Whenever you get done crying after a long period of time,
do you ever just feel...tired?
Not just exhausted because of crying.
Tired of everyone. And everything.
It's like you're just tired of thinking, breathing, living.
But it's not so severe that you actually want to die,
but that you just want a break from thinking.
That over-thinking, the little voice inside your head with all the negative.
You're just tired of trying to change your thought process,
and you just want to sit wherever you are and not get up.
Not make a single movement, because even that is too much.
But the main thing is, you don't even know what's wrong.
And you can't even figure it out.
Does anyone else feel that way sometimes?

Well girls, I'm half way there.
Even though no one is going to read this, I'm just too proud of myself to hold in all of my emotions. I can't contain myself anymore!
I started working out in the summer. Running everyday for at least 10 minutes, walking home from work, eating better, lifting 3 pound weights, doing sit-ups, etc.
I had seen results. My thighs looked slimmer, some of my stomach fat had gone away, and my shoulders looked more defined.
But, I still wasn't quite happy with myself.
So I started exercising alot more (2-2 1/2 hours a day) and constantly counting calories (not going over 1300 a day)
I felt, well still do, feel great. I was walking around more confidently and happier.
When I went to the doctor in the first week of January, (for my basic check-up), I found that I lost 10 pounds since the summer.
10. Pounds.
I went from weighing 135 to 125, I was proud of myself, but I wanted to see how far I could go.
So since then, I've worked even harder.
More cardio.
More lifting.
More pilates/yoga.
More eating clean.
More of doing the right thing to staying healthy.
I feel great and I'm not at my goal yet.
Where I'm at now (I DO NOT DO ALL OF THIS IN ONE DAY):
-Running 50 minutes
-Biking 20 minutes
-2 hours of pilates (including lifting 5 lbs handweights, but many reps&sets)
-stretching 15 minutes (this is everyday)
My goals?
-To weigh between 110-120
-Have a flat stomach, thinner thighs, and toned arms by the summer
-Be able to do 100 squats in a row
-Have more will-power against bad foods (i cave every once in a while)
-Be happier.
sorry for the rant, i was just so happy and i need to get it all out lol.

This kid on the wrestling team was talking about how much he hated another school because they beat us.
My teacher just happened to be listening in and this is how it went...
Kid: I swear Marlboro wears CROCS. I would have beat their f@!cking a$$es up.
Teacher: John, my son wears crocs...

So it's my birthday...
My crush acted like he totally forgot about it all day,
He literally acted like it was any other normal day.
I was so upset that when the final bell of the day rang I sprinted to my locker and just wanted to cry.
BUT,
when I opened my locker i found a plate of nicely decorated brownies,
the most prettiest purple flowers (which, btw, purple is my favorite color),
and a card saying:
"Happy birthday Caitlin! I love you(: Love, Greg"
surrounded by a huge heart.
I still cannot stop smiling.

So I today at school i was having a really bad day.
When I finally came home i immediately went to my kitchen, grabbed a few pretzels&sat down next to my 11-year-old brother.
He looked at me and said "Caitlin, did you thinner? Not that you were fat before but your legs and arms look alot skinnier and you can really see your curves now."

Dad: caitlin, let me tell you something. you are the complete opposite of being ugly and fat. you have curves and trust me, you are a very beautiful girl. you are going to find the most awesome guy one day. trust me. he's out there. you know what people say? people say you marry your father. meaning you marry a guy who is somewhat like your father. and there are boys out there who are going to respect you and treat you like their princess. he's out there for you, i promise. in the meantime, just be patient. no more crying now, this guy isn't worth it anymore. he clearly wasn't from the start. just remember what i said.
