I honestly can't believe that there are only four days of school left. It all went by so fast. I look back, and think about how nervous I was, at the beginning of middle school, and how the three kids I knew from my elementary school weren't exactly my best friends. And now look at me, new friends, new knowledge, new confidence. Who would have thought?
But the thing I'm most sad to leave is our actual class. All those strange faces on the first day, some of them are my best friends. There were no gossipers on our team, no one who even made me feel insecure. The two popular girls we had must have been the sweetest of both of the "Popular" tables. Our teachers were amazing, all they could seem to do was put us up, especially Mr. McWood. He didn't try to just get through the year with us. He made friends with each and every student, showed them things that related to them, showed them strategies to help them reach their goals, helped them work out personal problems. And now I'm leaving everyone. Sure, some of us will be together in certain classes, but it will never be the same again, with all of us in the same room.
So this is just to say goodbye, if any of you are reading this, and that I loved you all.
