Love CAN last forever<3
As Giovanni climbed the porch steps, with sweat beating down his neck as though it was the middle of July, he began thinking about how he was going to approach her, the most beautiful woman he had ever seen. His tongue always became as quiet as the roads at midnight when he tried to speak, because he was immensely overwhelmed by her presence. With all the strength that a teenage boy of 15 years could gather, he knocked on the red as velvet door of Lilly Anderson's house, a girl that went to high school with Giovanni. The door slowly creaked open, with and with every inch Giovanni's nerves began to explode like firecrackers. "Hi Giovanni, what are you doing here?" Lilly said with a sweet as sugar smile "Um... uhh, hi Lilly, do you think you would wanna?...." my god, he couldn’t do this. She was heavenly, of course she would never want to go to go out with him. She was heavenly; of course she would never want to go out with him. "Hey, are you ok? You look like you’re going to be sick" she said with concern lingering in her voice. Embarrassed, Giovanni looks up from the bouquet of twelve roses he bought for her and asks the question he's been dying to get off his chest for the past two years. "Lilly, would you want to go out with me??" he blurted out, and as soon as he said it his cheeks became as red as the roses he was carrying. To his surprise, Lilly was beaming, as though a ray of sunlight was flowing from her very soul. She started to speak, but Giovanni became too distracted with what he was seeing. Her hair was a silky blonde; her eyes were a unique emerald green that only a god could create. He soon snapped back into reality, only to find Lilly staring into his own ocean blue eyes. Just the look she was giving him was an immediate answer, and he could have sworn that his heart did a backflip in his chest. Her small smile turned into a mammoth grin as he lifted her off the ground and swung her around in circles in his arms, and Giovanni started to laugh because he was so overjoyed that after waiting for two long years he finally received the reaction he thought only his dreams could create.
