I think the most important thing to do for myself whilst helping others, is imagine what would i do if i were in their situation.and it does work, because its easy to get into that sort of frame of mind.2. I think youve got to give advice thats easy to act on and doesnt sound ludicrous, or hard, or something they could convince themselves to do.and give advice as if they were a close friend. reply

I would say:
Breathe,
then breathe again. I can only say that it gets better.Not today,not tomorrow, maybe not even in a month.But you need to come out fighting.
I would say, that you have to be strong, and not be tempted to paint pictures on your wrists.I can only say that you should tell a teacher, a teacher thats"cool".But my words sound all fine and dandy, but would they work? All i can say is believe.those homophobic bullies, who thinks everyone is fat will only end up loosing.
all i could really say is: Just stay strong.
