And friday I was with my Boyfriend,
My hair was up in a bun waaaay messed up,
My makeup was almost all gone because we had just went in the hot tub,
I was thinking about how many gorgeous friends he has i mean like model potential... It irritates me because I feel so ugly compared to them and at that moment of sadness,

Okay, the thursday in Valentines Day week my father had an accident at work. He works on drills the size of merchandise trucks. They spin really fast and dig a hole in the ground, it's a hard job because sometimes if something happens you need to lift the drills with your bare arms. Anyway, thursday I was at home wondering why no one was there (it was like 6:30) i started to get worried but I'm usually a little paranoid so I just brushed it off. A couple minutes after I was watching Glee and I get a phone call, it's from my dad's cell phone so I answer hey dad! Suddenly I hear my stepmother voice.... She says, Gabie calm down okay, (I'm automatically shaking) Dad had an accident at work .... I start bawling and finally she says, his arm got stuck in the drill, they are trying to save it he's been in the operation room for over 5 hours. I'll give more details tommorow but don't worry it's gonna be fine. Call Johanne and sleep at her house tonight I'll be coming home late and I don't want you to be alone right now.
So she hangs up and I'm bawling crying like i never cried i manage to call my best friend Jess and when she answers i start bawling again and between breaths i explain it and she consoles me and asks me to wait. She comes back and says I can sleep at her house for as long as I want (her mother never says yes during school days, but it was different).
So i call my stepmom tell her I'm sleeping at Jess' and pack my stuff.
Turns out my dad is lucky to be alive, a split second more in the drill and BAM he wouldn't be here. He has 60 fractures in his arm (he has metal plaques in his bone or he wouldn't have his arm) all of his fingers were broken so was his hands and wrist.
Okay so now it's been two months, and my father still has his arm. He started seeing a physiotherapist for his hand (simple moving finger and stuff his arm is still really sensitive but..) And yesterday she told him that he was going to be handicap (hand and arm). It was always there in the back of his mind but we hoped otherwise. It's hard for him he's not gonna work his job anymore he will never move his fingers more than wiggle the tips and will never wright with his right hand anymore. I'm worried my dad has never cried but yesterday he was crying like a baby. I don't know what to do anymore it's just a nightmare, if you red this thank you, it's nice to vent ...

This time last year:
I just cried for 30 minutes because our teacher told us we have to pick our class choice for next years she said it would influence our future, i don't know what i want to be i have no damn clue i mean i have hobbies but enough to spend the rest of my life doing this? But i don't want to make this make it or break it desicion based on what my friends are taking but on the other hand i don't want to end up alone in classes feeling like i don't belong...
This year:
Change is scary this year i am alone in my classes my note have skyrocketed probably because i actually concentrate, i have made new friend ive met some pretty awesome people in my classes and my choices weren't the best for my classes but ive learned a lot from them, now i actually have options for future and im happy to have gone with the road for myself instead of my friends
