I know I tend to cry a lot
and for some pretty stupid things.
Movies and stories and poems.
A bad grade or a glare.
Over abandoned dreams
and songs that remind me
of too much.
You and your scars
and all the problems I've
created in my mind, or not.
Over this and that.
But most of all
I cry over the person
I use to be and
the person I'am scared
I wont become.

I think the main reason I dont like the idea of falling in love is because I feel like it wont last, even if it is true I feel after a few years it will just be gone. And I think the reason I think that is because everything seems to end. Ideas fade, coffee cools, cigarettes burn out, music stops, new turns into old and we all die eventually.
But sometimes, I think that that is just my excuse for why I dont want to get close to people, and why I push everyone away. Its an excuse not to fall in love and honestly I dont know which is worse. The excuse itself or if it is actually true, and nothing actually does last.

I feel like my life is so scattered
like it is small confetti pieces and the wind has blown them all around, too far for me to understand why. But sometimes, when I'am with you. I feel like I have found every piece. Everything makes sense. Its like you just completely unscatter me. Its like I'am such a big puzzle, and no one ones to do me, but you come along and give me patience. You find all my scattered pieces and put me together and I just need you to know that I really do appreciate that. More than anything.

Every night I dream
of you darling. Your eyes, laugh, smile. The way freckles dance upon the bridge of your nose. Then I wake up, and I come to the realization that its over- for good. I try, and try to drown you out, your eyes, laugh, smile, but no amount of pills or any other addictive subsance will make me forget you. I just cannont forget you. I know why too. Because I cannot escape my dreams, and thats where you are. You invade every single one and remind me night after night why I fell for you in the first place. I'am just so in love with you, even if I dont want to be. I just cannot forget you. I mean how do you forget someone your mind wants so badly to remember?

I found myself thinking about
you again tonight. Just like last night, and the night before and every single night since our friendship ended. I guess I just cant help but wonder if I ever cross your mind, even if its just for a second or two. I wonder if you ever think of me late at night when youre alone in your bed. I just hope that one day I will find enough courage to tell you all of this, and let you know how much I miss you. Not tonight though, or tomorrow night, and until the night I do tell you, I will just keep remembering you, and everything we shared, and how adorable you were. Again and again.
