girls aren't the only one afraid of spiders. there was a study done, and anthropologists showed pictures of snakes and spiders to indigenous people who have never seen them before, and they were freaked out. it's programmed into our (our being human, not females) brains to be afraid of spiders and snakes.

OK, so substitute "some people" for "girls" and it's still illogical. I'm trying to think of where indigenous people live but neither snakes nor spiders do. It's not Brazil. It's not Australia. The Tlingit word "asgutuyiksháa" means spider, so I don't think you're talking about them.

Okay, my sweet, just breathe. I'm going to let you in a little secret.
Colleges DO look at your senior year grades, firstly. Depending on when you apply, they look at either your first quarter grades, or first semester grades. Secondly, they understand that we're human and there will be dips in our grades. It's impossible to always do exceedingly well, all that matters is that you jump back. What people also forget is that a huge part of the college application is the essay. The essay is the part of the application you can let your light shine through. It's very personal, and they read it thoroughly. My friend had Ds most of her high school career and she still got into a school. You may not be Ivy League material (neither am I, you have to not sleep to get into those schools), but that doesn't mean you don't have a bright future! I mean, really, it's better to not go to a "name brand" school, because they're more focused on getting more money, not ensuring a quality education. Nonetheless, back to the point; colleges don't expect you to be perfect, and they really do look past your grades. They realizes that behind the letters on your transcript, there is a living, breathing person (an extraordinary, amazing one, at that). If they see that you show improvement, they'll love that just as much as you getting straight As all four years (which is basically impossible). Your common app essay is a place for you to explain yourself. FURTHERMORE, no matter where you end up going, it will be the school you belong. That may not be your first choice, but everyone I know who didn't end up going to their first choice said the same thing, they can't see themselves going anywhere else than the college they're going to now. And either way, no matter where you go, you're getting a quality, college education! And you will be fine!! You can come to me any time you need any help!! Everything will be okay, and your future is bright, and everything is going to work out for the best. Just breathe. It will all be okay. Okay? You'll get through this. ♥

There's so many things wrong with this, it's actually really sad. But I'm just going to point out that the legal level of intoxication is .08, not .8. He was .06 over the legal limit. He could have killed someone. He could have killed a lot of people. There's nothing you or any other "biebler" can say to justify his actions. Get over it.

Plus he should be arrested on underage drinking. He has a few more years until drinking at all is legal. And yes, he was. It was recorded for effs sake.

I've been on mine for a few years, and I think it's helped! It really takes a bit of time to find what works for you. There are so many types, so there is a process of going through a trial and error period. Don't be discouraged if you don't find the right one right away! Also never hold back anything from your doctor/prescriber. If they're not working or if you're having negative side effects: speak up. It's really about being your own advocate. They're not for everyone, but I think they really helped me. My biggest piece of advice is this: people's biggest mistake is thinking that it will be a cure-all. It won't; they're a tool that are meant to help, but there is still a lot of other factors in one's recovery. So don't hesitate to talk to your doctor and find out if they can help you!! Hope all works out. :)
