Stay strong- I know it sounds really mainstream and cheesy but I used to cut myself (don't try this it makes things 10× worse) but I don't anymore. People change and I think you need to try one last time to get her back by telling her how you feel and then you need to try talking to people and make new friends. Hope this helped :) reply
