someone to ask me how my day was and care,

I guess I miss the feeling of knowing someone cared about you..
I'm used to being treated like crap and taken advantage of.
I've been waiting so long for someone to come and sweep me off my feet
when all I really needed was someone to show me they cared.
Too bad anytime I show I care, I'm put down.
