She has acne. - Do you think she chose to have red spots all over her face?

PLEASE READ IT WOULD MEAN ALOT.
4/20 is national weed day but noone remembers that columbine high
school massacure happened on 4/20. 13 years ago 12 students and 1
teacher were killed on 4/20 so dont obsess about national weed day.
