And the best way to help them, is just stay their friend. Make them laugh, invite them to do things, make sure they are included in whatever they can be. Make them know they are not alone, and that light will be be shining bright again in no time. =-) reply

WHAT THE HECK. NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO MESS WITH WITTIANS. Girl, you are beautiful. Just remember that they are all ignorant little fudge-sical sticks and they aren't going to matter.
I know that doesn't really help. I'm sorry :/ But just be super duper nice to them and totally guilt trip them up. Be like, "I love your shirt" "Haha you're so funny!" and stuff. They're all stupid people who don't even deserve to be in the same room as you. reply

wtf.. haha thats so messed up. I can't really relate to you, besides the whole self councious thing. And , I don't very much know your whole story but what i was thinking is:
I bet you not everybody thinks those things. Half of those people were probably only giggling along because everybody else did . Yes, of course all the giggling hurts but think of it this way, everything happens for a reason. So in the long run all of the douchers will have karma hit them .
