Dear stranger,
You're beautiful and flawless. You are special in your own way and i care. If this stranger is contemplating suicide or self harm or starving/ purging, stop. I care. It's not worth it. Problems are temporary but suicide is forever. You would hurt your family and people who love you so much and that's so selfish. If you're saying you're saying it's so bad that you don't care what they think, suicide is the most selfish way to ending your problems. Get help. It's out there. Next, self harm. I'm not going to lie and say i've stopped but it's not worth it. Burying yourself in clothing to hide it, panicing someone might see, the scars, it's not worth it. Get help! I'm always here if you need to talk about your problems and i will try to help you through it. I am getting help and it makes me feel a bit better just knowing i'm going to get better. Now, starving and making yourself throw up. Stop. When you start, you can't stop and life isn't the same. There are healthy ways to lose weight and get muscle mass. not bones. I'll share my story. I stopped eating (besides tiny amounts of food per day to stay alive). When i eat, I feel so sick. Do you want that? Yes, i lost weight but the times i eat the tiniest amounts, i start gaining (ex: 94.0 to 94.5). I feel weak all the time and tired. It sucks. I isolated myself from others and have depression. Do you want that? NO. Get muscle, not bones. Please. Do it for me. Be who I could not be. I love you, stranger. I'm here for you.
