My answer? Not at all! There's nothing to be a "" about if you're dating a guy only a year younger than you. You're beautiful and should be treated like that. If he's gonna treat you right and you like each other, it should be totally fine dating him. If anyone does decide to call you a or a cougar, I suggest you don't listen to them because that is FALSE.
