This may sound dumb,
But I made a list today.
A list of everything that would make me smile. Everything that would make me simply.... somewhat happy. This is a list ofthings i want to do, and accomplish. Kinda like a bucket list, but not exactly. I have over 150 things on this list, and i'm not done. Just getting it all down on paper, made me feel, amazing. And i want to get Every Single Thing on that list, crossed off because I did it. So far, i have two.
It helps. I feel so good right now.
You should try it.
