Look at her she looks so happy and free Look at her smile. Dont you see? Look at the way she laughs at everything she hears Look at the way she escapes all her fears Look at the way she elegantly walks with such pride Look at the way she has much pain that she deeply hides Lift up her sleeve look at her arm Do you see the way she is inflicting self harm Lift up her pants look at the burn marks Do you see how every burn mark portrays the dark Look at her face that she hides beneath the cover look at the way she hides from her lover Do you see her over there? Do you see the way she tries so hard to act like she does not care Shes sitting all alone reading her book She is trying everything she can to not look Shes ignoring the world for her own sake She is trying everything she can to escape her reality when she is awake They all look at her as though she is nothing but a toy They look at her as though she can only feel joy They do not know the sadness she deeply hides They do know how her actions only depict lies They thinks she is happy, free. and living the world without a worry but they do not know as soon as she gets home her life becomes blurry They do not know she goes home to sleep Or to maybe even to express her sorrow she goes home to weep They do not know she wanted to end her "perfect" life full of pain They did not know that she used drugs just to keep her from going insane They did not know who she was and the misery she has to fight They thought she was weak but they did not know she is losing every single fight Shes done fighting for her eternal meaning She is know incapapble of any good feeling They broke her and tore her apart They borke her senstitive little heart She gave up trying She is tired of lying
I want to be on stage, I want to be under the lights. I knew from an early age that's where I feel right. Performing gives me jitters, and I'd do it all again, Don't want to be a quitter, just don't want to fail again.
