Walks through the hall ways like everything's fine
But nobody knows the tears she crys
Mother beats her, father doesn't see daughters pain
When will it all go away?
Cuts herself to ease the tension
Everyone thinks she just wants attention
Comes to school with black eyes
But everyone still says shes fine
Crys herself to sleep ever night
See's satisfactiion to the blood on her wrist
When will it be over?
Has a loving boyfriend but he doesnt know
Drinks away her fears and cuts away the pain
Cant keep this up forever
Mother comes beats her again, and screams
The girl crys Dear god why me?!?
Learns to hide her tears and pain
Learned to fake a smile when its needed
She wakes up each morning with tear stained cheeks
Blinks back the tears and paint on a smile
she thinks "maybe i can keep this up for a while?"
