This quote has no pretty formatting, and for that I apologize. Some of the girls here on witty need a little hope. When I was a freshman in high school I started dating the most amazing guy I had ever met. He was a grade above me. I was convinced that I loved him, and that we were meant to be forever. I just had this feeling that I couldn't explain, like I just found my other half. We lasted four months, and then we broke up. I was devistated. I was so hurt that I wanted nothing to remind me of how happy I was with him, and how amazing he was, so I deleted him from facebook. Four years went by, we both dated other people, though I never truly stopped loving him. I avoided him at school for the first three years, and then he graduated and I didn't see him at all for a year after that. I never believed it when people told me "if it's meant to be then it will happen." I graduated the next year, and that summer I was going to my grandparents house in a completely different town 4 hours away. Three hours from my hometown(and his) I stopped at a random gas station because I was hungry. I walked into the gas station and he was standing there. He was headed home from a concert he had gone to with his friends. We started talking, and he gave me his new number. I waited a week, trying to decide if I wanted to be reminded of everything we had. And I texted him. We started talking, and eventually we hung out. We've been dating for a little over a year now, and I couldn't be happier. I truly do believe now that if something is supposed to happen, it will.
